Get Paid After 90 Days
Your reward is processed once the agency completes 90 active days.
Payment Terms
Payout methods: Cash App, Apple Pay, Zelle, or mailed check. Chosen at signup.
Your reward is paid once the referred agency has been an active paying CareFlow client for 90 days. If the agency cancels within that 90-day period, the reward is not paid. Once the 90 days are complete, your reward is processed and sent within 3 to 5 business days using the payout method on file. A signed W-9 must be on file before any reward can be paid.
Program Terms
Referral rewards apply only to CareFlow Training software subscriptions. This program does not reward patient, client, caregiver placement, Medicare, Medicaid, or healthcare service referrals.
- New agency leads only.
- No self-referrals.
- Referral partner must disclose the referral relationship when promoting CareFlow publicly.
- Rewards are paid on the referred agency's initial purchase, not on renewals or upgrades.
- CareFlow reserves the right to approve or deny referrals.
